BEST FOR FOOD STORAGE!
I DON'T CAN ANYMORE, BUT I GOT SO SICK OF PLASTIC FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS, THAT I SAID GOOD-BYE TO ALL MY PLASTIC AND I AM REPLACING THEM WITH VARIOUS SIZES OF CANNING JARS! I AM SO MUCH HAPPIER WITH THESE CANNING JARS. THEY DON'T "LOSE THEIR SHAPE AND BECOME INEFFECTIVE", THEY STORE FOOD FOR MUCH LONGER TIME PERIODS BECAUSE OF THE SEALING QUALITY OF THE LIDS, THEY ARE GREAT FOR SHARING SOUP WITH THE NEIGHBORS......SO MANY THINGS MAKE THESE THE BEST!! I HAVE THEM IN VARIOUS SIZES NOW, PLUS I FOUND SOME PYREX GLASS STORAGE PRODUCTS.

Exactly what I needed
These are sturdy classic glass mason jars. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean between uses. I store my home pasteurized raw milk in them and they are perfect.
