Excellent machine, powerful and quiet. Shipping was very fast, came well packaged and very clean. With the exception of some very minor scratches, it looked brand new.I bought it for my kids to play games. My previous PC had a weaker video card and a weak power supply, so I figured I would at least get a newer unit with a better power supply so I could upgrade the video card later. I was pleasantly surprised when there was no need to upgrade the video card, as this has plenty of power to handle their demanding games!

Estaba emocionado por adquirir este pc, ya que todas sus especificaciones me parecían fascinantes, pero al recibir este producto ni siquiera puede utilizarlo ya que supuestamente cuenta con Windows 10, pero al conectarlo y iniciarlo en mi monitor solo aparece la leyenda no boot device found a si que por ese motivo e decidido devolver el producto ya que, quería un equipo listo para usarse y no para quebrarme la cabeza buscando soluciones para poder utilizarlo.Actualizo ya que conseguí instalar sistema operativo Windows 10 y porfin pude utilizar este pc, hasta el momento todo parece ir bien,

This computer was sketchy to me at first, as it seemed as too good of a deal. Well, after receiving it, I can safely say that this was the best purchase I've made! the computer works perfectly and it came with everything mentioned! I would definitely recommend buying from them as this is no B.S!

Glad I took a chance on this old refurbished Dell. The thing is a beast. It arrived sooner than I expected. On the Amazon write-up it said it came with power cord, period. But very pleasantly surprised when I find a keyboard, mouse, USB wifi/bluetooth adapter and an ASUS internal wifi card (for gaming I suppose). This company went out of it's way to make sure I had what I needed to get up and running quickly, so kudos and thanks very much!

Very well made computer, can be used as a server. I have been working it for about 4 months now and have had no problems with it. I recommend this for dependable use.

The media could not be loaded.  Sirvio y brega muy bien, pero no estaba bien protegida aunque la caja del envío decía frágil vino toda llena de rasguño y golpesito

Having tried two different monitors/cables, I am not getting any signal. LED on power switch flashes, machine is getting power, but help sites are indicating possible power supply issues. Sad this didn’t work right out of the box. Hoping customer service is helpful, will review again after I get help
