I bought this for my old Xbox 360 guitar hero guitar to connect to my PC, and I really thought such old tech would have a hard time keeping up with a modern gaming PC, but it works great! Fits perfectly into both my PC and guitar and the quality is nice.

I wasn't sure, so I bought this hoping it would work for the original XBox. At first, it didn't... the connectors are slightly different on the inside. However, the difference is in the configuration of the plastic, not in the actual wire connection. So I just jammed them together until it was a full connection, and it worked fine.So if you're in a pinch and need one for the original XBox, just get this one and force the connection. I gave it four stars since I had to force the connection. Probably works fine for an XBox 360, but I didn't try it.
