Normally, I'm old school on brisket seasoning: garlic salt and pepper, but I thought I would give this a whirl because the other two Miners Mix rubs I have had have been fantastic. Well, now they are 3 for 3. This rub was just awesome - it's basis is my old favorite garlic salt and pepper, but they add some other stuff that produces a really well balanced flavor.
