I am using it for 3 days now, It is good for my skin type but the Oder is so bad.

If you put your nose in the bottle it does smell like a container of vitamins though when you break open the capsule the smell is very faint. I purchased these for travel instead of taking my bottle of serums. This is convenient and I will continue to use this for travel. It worked well with my mature skin. No irritations or break outs.

After my evening shower, I put this around my eyes and mouth, the two areas I tend to get really dry. It has helped greatly with the dryness and redness. I also use this in place of chapstick.
