I think I'm the first in the US to review this, so I'll try to be detailed.I love this tea. It is very similar to a barley tea flavor. I honestly wouldn't even bother using honey. It's that easy to drink. (Please be advised that if your expectation is for sugary delicious, you will be disappointed).The text is in kanji/katakana for the most part, but the ingredients list is in English, and they make it quite clear that it is safe to be used at night.I laughed when I saw that they had Job's Tears as an Ingredient (This is the last name of the majority of my family and I can't over how funny it would be if the tea made me cry from pain).Overall, it's been one day since I started, and I took it in the morning and went about my day. When I woke up, I went straight to the bathroom. (It woke me up, really).I'll give more updates throughout the month as my boyfriend and I use it. (It didn't wake him up, haha)

食べ過ぎた時や寝る前に飲むと6、7時間後にはトイレでスッキリです！症状としては、便意のお腹の痛さ→トイレ→少し下痢気味の便→スッキリ！って感じです。調べたら成分のキャンドルブッシュが効いてるそう。ただキャンドルブッシュはだんだん効きにくくなるみたいですね。私は食べ過ぎた時にしか飲んでいませんので、使い始めて数ヶ月経ちますがまだ効いてますよ！味もほうじ茶みたいで飲みやすいです。ただ一つ気になるのは、飲んで少し経つと喉が渇くくらいですかね

腹痛も無く自然にお腹が緩くなりとても良い。味もただのお茶で飲みやすい。

味も美味しいし20包と量も多いからリピするのは確定。ただ、濃く入れると本当に変な汗出るくらいお腹痛くなって便止まらなくなったので次の日が休みとかの日に飲むようにしてる。最悪会社のトイレを本当にぶっ壊すし臭くしてしまうので。

3,4日濃さを変えて飲んでみたが、効果を感じれない。今は緩やかに効く下剤もあるし、普通に薬の方にします。

I usually drink this whenever i eat a lot, it makes my bowel movement easier.
