Excellent Supplement for nerve functioning

One of the best in the market

I like that this company used glass bottles for their products however I do wish they would find a way to ship that did not use plastic. The other thing about this product specifically is the weird amount in the bottle. Its not enough if you want to take 2 capsules a month or even three which I currently do so I have to buy 2 bottles to get enough product for the amount I want to take. Wish they would offer more options in terms of amounts of the product. I might look at the 600mg option to see what options they offer for those, I got the 200mg so I could take it in 3 doses, one with each meal but like I said I had to purchase 2 bottles to have enough product to last me the month. I do think they off good quality products for the price.

I've used it for years because of nerve damage in my feet resulting from chemo therapy 18 years ago. It took about 6-8 weeks before I began to notice that the nerve pain had diminished in frequency and severity to a significant degree. It's not a magic bullet. I still have some pain from time to time but at a much reduced level. If you have such a problem check with your primary physician. If he/she is okay with your taking it , give it a try.

My PCP doctor specifically recommended this Solgar brand of ALA and the Subscribe and Save option is fantastic. I feel much better taking ALA daily along with NAC.
