I was feeling really fatigued, depressed and just blah for quite sometime. Have tried a plethora of supplements and these really give me the energy and mental clarity I’ve been looking for. Have only been taking them for 2 weeks but there has already been a huge difference.

I cannot speak to all of the "usual" reasons for taking Alpha Lipoic Acid. It was suggested I try it for a very rare affliction known as "Burning Mouth Syndrome." For me, it has made a difference and I would recommend that anyone with the above mentioned syndrome who has not found an alternative, give this a try; it might make a difference for you as well. I would add that there have been a few clinical trials to back up this recommendation, though not of the highest clinical quality. Good luck.

I started taking this supplement a few months ago and finally ordered another bottle from amazon. I did not see any noticeable changes with the first bottle but the second bottle seems to be working. I read that this supplement can help you lose weight and it seems to be true. I am also walking and eating less carbs however. But the scale does not lie and I'm normally very weight resistant. So this second bottle seems to have more effect as I'm losing weight. I'll continue to take it and see what happens!~The Rebecca Review

I am taking this for my insulin resistance, and The Source Naturals brand is high quality at a great price. I like the fact that these are tablets instead of capsules because I had the problem in the past with having a capsule stick in my throat as it dissolved. Not very pleasant! I wanted to try these out before I started a subscription and I am pleased.

Started taking these a while ago and now that it is built up in my system my hip pain is gone.

I have not had a cold, flu or other type of infection/virus since taking this supplement! I feel a boost to my immune system because I used to catch whatever was going around at that time. I love this product and plan to take it for many years to come!
