I am normally skeptical of these types of products, but when I turned 60 and started having pain in my right knee, I thought I would give this a try. After a month, I experience no relief at all, but I read that this may take between 4-8 weeks to provide relief, so I purchased another bottle. At around 5 weeks, I started noticing my knee pain had decreased. It's now been about 6 weeks, and my knee pain has been reduced by ~50%. I still have pain, but it doesn't bother me as much, or keep me from doing what I want to do (within reason). I hope the benefits keep coming, but we'll see.Update - It's been about 6 months since I started taking this, and my knee paid is virtually gone. Hope it's not a coincidence. I was recently diagnosed with neck arthritis .So I wanted to find a natural product that worked for pain and anti-inflammatory so I wouldnt have to take script meds. This product really works for both. As soon as I feel pain I take these pills. And in a short time the pain goes away. The only thing I wish they would last longer when I do take them since you take only 2 a day. I would recommend and order when this bottle runs out.

My chiropractor suggested turmeric to get me off of ibuprofen, very bad for the stomach. I ordered these tablets . I started with 2 tablets per day . I definitely felt much less back and joint soreness in the first week . It has been about a month, I only take one tablet a day . Saving a little money . Great improvement in my back and joints. Highly recommend.
