Although, not as comfortable as the under the nose pillows, these gel pillow cushions eliminated any leakage and brought down my AHI significantly. Very happy with this product. Review: Very comfortable - I’ve purchased this item multiple times. It is very comfortable and so much better than traditional masks. It does wear out over time, but that’s to be expected.

Great quality, good price

Very comfortable
I’ve purchased this item multiple times. It is very comfortable and so much better than traditional masks. It does wear out over time, but that’s to be expected.

Comfortable pillow mask
I like the nasal pillow, but the tender skin inside the nostril gets irritated after a week of nightly usage.

Worked like a charm.
Worked as expected, leaks are gone and I will probably get another year out of this one( yes, 13 months, with proper cleaning and care masks last a long time). This mask and the brevida are my absolute favorite, followed by eson 2, but this one is by far my favorite.

It's worth the price difference.
I have tried the other cushions and mask that fit the dreamwear. This is the best at fitting properly and not drying out my eyes. My only complaint is the air hole on the front can be noisy and the air needs an unobstructed route to avoid being blown back into the face (when sleeping on my side). However like any cpap system, you have to figure out what works best for you. You don't need to wear this tight, as a result I dont get a sore nose or have lines on my face in the morning.

Great product, great price
I order these about once a month to replace so I don't get anything growing in them due to the humid, heated air from my auto CPAP. Much cheaper than going through the doctor office and it is the exact same product.

Most comfortable cpap pillow
this is the best gel pillow for a cpap, i can sleep on my side with no leakage

Comfortable, but leaks under pressure.
I really, really, really wanted to like this device, and I kinda do, BUT. First, it's very comfortable, and I go to sleep really easily wearing this during the CPAP "ramp up" period. The problem comes in early morning around 3-4 am when I'm apparently in deepsleep and my Auto-Adjusting CPAP (APAP) decides I need 14-18psi. At that point the end tips away from my nose and air starts gushing out in front which isn't good! I've tried it many times with all kinds of adjustments with no luck.
