Redline K9 Bite Suit Tug Toy (3" x 10") 1 Handle (PINK)

The first time I threw it, my dog retrieved it and I went to get it from my dog and the strap broke.

We have an 85 pound lab. He loves this toy. We play tug with him as a reward, and this toy his favorite. The strap isn’t as heavy duty as the body of the toy, so we try to keep him from gnawing on that.

I have a Dutch Shepherd and a German Shepherd dog and the red line bite toy brand is the best. I use them for training only I would not use them as a chew toy. Very durable my dog's absolutely love them

Its holding up pretty well. The strap hasn't ripped lol. Considering my pup is pretty strong, this is a good thing. She loves it and the strap makes it easy to get the toy back.

I have a Belgian Malinois and was a little concerned that she would tear this thing up in the first month of use. While the tug is a little worse for wear, it has far exceeded my expectations. For those of you who haven't played tug with your dog, allow me to impart some of my experience: don't just leave the thing in the yard for the dog to maul while you are inside watching TV, or at work. It's not a chew toy in that regard. It's made of cloth and will, therefore, go to pieces with extended biting. You need to be present for when it gets damaged beyond safe use so you can keep your dog from eating the stuffing and becoming an emergency surgery or a corpse. The fiber-fill or cotton stuffing will impact your dog's GI tract, and without medical intervention, will kill them.Aside from the warning, this thing is tough! My dog gives it hell and it is still in one piece!

I am very happy with this tug. I have used it for over a dozen tug sessions so far and it shows virtually no wear. My dog has literally destroyed every tug toy that I have purchased in a retail pet store so I decided to switch to a profession grade product. I knew nothing about Red Line K-9 products before purchasing this item but I work in law enforcement and train with the K-9 handlers (as a decoy) so I am very familiar with professional grade K-9 equipment. My dog had also previously destroyed a 4 X 24" double handled professional grade tug tube made by a different manufacture so I assumed she would probably destroy this smaller tug rather quickly. But the price was right so I thought I would give it a chance. I have been pleasantly surprised with its performance and I will definitely be purchasing more items from this distributor (DogSport Gear) and manufacture. The tug arrived quickly and the follow up communication with DogSport Gear has been great as well.

Like other reviews, this is not a toy to just be left out and chewed on. I have a 1 year old pitbull, and she can destroy pretty much anything we put in front of her. We use this toy for play sessions only. We have had it for...6 months I think and it's still good as new. The only note I would make is that when she still had her puppy teeth, they were thin and sharp enough to pierce the fabric. We ended up waiting until she had her adult teeth. As a side note for fellow dog owners with problems finding indestructible chew toys, we have had success with a certain brand starting with a k. She can eat through some of them, but they never break off in large chunks.

I bought a few different tugs of different materials and handles and this is by far the best from a durability and material standpoint. Our dog absolutely loves it. We have it tied to a rope and drag it around for him to catch like an animal. This will last for a very long time.

Very good, strong product, although I'm sometimes worried that the handle will break with my German Shepashark clamps down on it, it has held up very well and been put through a serious beating. For those who haven't worked with bite suite material before, it's a very interesting texture and may confuse the dog at first, but if you play with this tug right then your dog will be going crazy for it.

It's a bit small but an adult GSD but good to work on his targetting. Solid purchase. Holding up very well through 4 weeks.

My 60 lb. Labrador punctured it on the third or fourth tug-of-war. I expected it to last much longer.
