Our 5 year old would sing the "hippopotamus for Christmas" song all the time. Everytime we asked what he wanted for Christmas, he would sing the song. So naturally, Santa brought him a hippopotamus.It's now named Hippy, and he comes with us quite a bit.A perfect size for a kid, or just a nice plushie. Soft, and just down right adorable.

It’s a bedtime ritual to take this hippo to bed with my older girl, and wash her down. Gigi loves this soft toy. Note to manufacturer…you need to replace plastic eyes with sewn or yarn eyes as the plastic ones come out immediately and a potential choking hazard.
