The fibers in this really works
If youโre a person that goes regularly to the bathroom and doesnโt have constipation uses I donโt recommend. This will make you go even more. Itโs a very good probiotic and it works! Itโs just not the best for me because it makes me go way too much. This is definitely for people that have a slower metabolism.
