Works well. Needs heat to cure!
It's a thick epoxy that's slightly more challenging to apply but what I love about it is that it has a pretty good conductivity of 1.4 W/mk (most thermal adhesives are 1 or below). You'll need a nice and stiff spreader to apply it. You'll also need to apply a decent amount of heat for an extended period to get it to cure. It will not cure at room temperature no matter how long you wait! The data sheet has a table showing temperature and cure time. Also as somebody has pointed out, this stuff is potentially pretty toxic. Handle it with care. Be careful what you get it on and wash your hands after using etc. Just exercise some common sense really. And be a responsible citizen and don't just dump it out into the environment.

Super pour radiateurs de qualité en cuivre.
J'ai utilisé cette colle-époxy thermique pour mes petits radiateurs de haute qualité en cuivre Alphacool. Très satisfait.

Quite capable material...but definitely not for the "Average Joe"/Consumer-level user.
I was needing to protect some super-hot memory chips, and had been trying out various options...heatsinks and clips, thermal pads, thermal compound, thermal tape...and then I looked at this, thought I understood what it was, and bought it!I didn't understand.I'd even *read* it quickly before buying it, but I guess TOO quickly. For people as silly as me, it has warnings such as "Causes skin irritation". Note no "MAY cause" but "Causes". Also, "Causes serious eye irritation". Doesn't say "if it gets into your eye because you splatted it", it simply says "CAUSES serious eye irritation." It also mentions "Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing / eye protection / face protection". The one that scared me out of trying it for any trivial purpose was the warning that "...Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace." Wut. Okayyyy...no, not going to try that stuff. "Avoid release into the environment." How bad IS this stuff..? "Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects."So anyway, I am now duly impressed, have no wish to pick up random skin allergies because I merely MIXED this stuff up, and will instead just put it caaaaarefully away for now, and maybe will mention it to an auto shop or electrical contractor in the future to find it a good home.Still five stars; *I* didn't read it far enough before buying, and this stuff sounds like it will do all that I had hoped it would do and MUCH more besides. Most of the 'more besides' is kinda terrifying, but hey...this is why details are important! I used thermal pads for the moment...much less frightening to work with!

Please be patient and wait! It takes days to cure!
Used it for my steam deck Heatsink mod and baked it at 90c for hours but the adhesive didn’t cure. So I let it cool for a few days and when I tired to move the Heatsink it was solid hard! Trick is you heat it up first then let it cool for a few days to cure!Very pleased and running 60c on modded XC2 while my rog ally hits 95c with the mods.. Lol
