Pennington Bare Spot Repair Grass Seed Mixture - Central 1 lb

This bag of seed came yesterday. I raked the area about 9 PM last night. Watered it and it germinated OVERNIGHT! I have new sprouts of grass all over the areas I put the seed in! The product is awesome and will buy again.

This is the best seed grass mixture I have ever used. It was wonderful and stayed green throughout the summer. I thought is was a little slow to sprout.

Used seeds in the grass patches we had during summer,Saw some good results ,with,liked the color of grass too it blended with the existing grass. Overall it's a good product and good value for money.

It germinated very quickly.

Might just as well not put down the seed! No growth.

Needed grass in bald spots on my lawn. I followed the instructions, but the grass just didn't come. A few stray blades popped through, but nothing useable, mow-able or even lawn adjacent! Not a great product as advertised

I was amazed. Started growing in 5 days and withstood a couple of Florida gullywash rain storms where puddles formed where I planted. I'm not sure how long this grass will last because it's a combination of perennial and annual fescue. The company doesn't mention the mix in the description and the photos aren't clear enough to read on the product page. I gave it a try because it's inexpensive and so far it's worth every penny.

This stuff actually worked through bald patches that I’ve had in my grass for years, and it they were hardened, compacted grass patches too. Where I had to heavily loosen the dirt in order for it to work, but it worked! Iam so happy!
