We bought our system in August and it worked fine with no issues then one camera stopped working because of a defective power pack . I emailed support and spoke with Fannie and Slina they got right back to me concerning this problem asked for some more info and my address and sent me a replacement all is good Thanks

Vision is good but setup it’s so difficult and sometimes work and sometimes doesn’t work

It so simple
I dont know what much to say about this product, it very simple unpacked it and ready to install. Quality of the image of the Camera is very clear, and the most important parts is that the Customer Support very knowledgeable and sufficient.

Not bad for the price
I ultimately returned it because the main DVR power supply did not work and after a lot of run around from the manufacturer, I just sent it back. I did have another compatible power supply I used to test it. Ok interface on the DVR and much nicer on the remote devices. I did not like the fact I had to hard-wire it to the Internet (no Wi-Fi option) and you cannot do much more than VIEW on remote devices. Would have liked more remote setup options since I am not at the site very often (lake house). Cameras all had great clarity. Also could not get anything but the ADMIN user to work remotely.

Cameras not working
After only having these for 4 months, 2 have already stopped working. That's just terrible. Not even a year later and the system is stuck on initialization. The customer service is horrible. If you get a response it wont be a good one. They recommended that i upgrade my equipment thats not even a year old. Pathetic to say the least
