This was a masterful invention! It has the warmth and comfort of a plush blanket in the shape of a very large poncho. Not heavy or too thick, but also not thin fabric. The buttons allow you to open it up like a cape, and the single button near each arm helps to maintain its shape. It has two big pockets in front (good for hands or items). When it arrived I washed it and kept it on the rest of the night. It’s so cozy and comfortable!!! This could be great for travel or for daily use at home if you’re cold all the time like me. It would also be great for outdoor games when it’s chilly outside. I bought the green color and love it, but I might buy a second one in red (if available) to use for a little red riding hood costume. If you’re questioning buying this now, I say give it a try! It’s worth it.

I bought this to use while in the hospital after major surgery. It is so soft and just the right weight to layer over my blanket w/the button undone. The hood added additional warmth. It was easy to put on and the pockets were great. I bought the blue-ish color and it was lovely. I plan to use it when the weather gets cooler. I am so glad I bought this!

This super soft poncho/ wrap/ shawl thing probably won't replace your jacket. But it will provide that perfect layer of warmth and comfort at home, at your desk, in class, watching TV, in a movie theater, taking a quick nap... We have purple and gray; both colors are very light, the purple is nearly pink. This item is reminiscent of a light bath robe but not so absorbent. You could use it to wrap and warm your little ones after a swim, for a new mom (easy breastfeeding!), for a kid with an arm cast, as a sleepover blanket, for grandma in her favorite chair... The cut is long, the fabric is really soft, and does not seem to shed. The buttons are large, attractive and easy to do up, but do not stay buttoned under the "wings" (the front does hold just fine). I recommend washing in a mesh laundry bag to prolong its life.

Personally, I get caught up in it when I sit with it on in my chair at work. Wanted to keep warm - which it does. Armholes are more for XXL, so I stitched together for my wrists in order for it not to run up my arms and expose to the cold. Otherwise, pretty and BIG pancho blanket!!

I really loved this cape. It’s very soft and nice fabric quality. I love that you can make sleeves using the buttons, or leave it all open more like a cape. feel like the round cut makes it look more like outerwear than a bathrobe- which is exactly what I wanted!

I love the color and the design, and this is very cute and comfy, but the fabric is kind of cheap. It's kind of clumpy and patchy looking, and it looks kind of ragged and worn out already. It doesn't seem like the fabric is going to wear very well, as it comes out of the washer looking really beat up.

Ordered last night, got it this afternoon. This poncho makes me look like a big fat mouse. The color is mouse gray!!! Only other choice was baby pink. However, it is very lightweight and warm at the same time. It’s perfect for watching TV or reading. I put it on immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to wear this outside, maybe to go thru McDonalds or for coffee. The pink would have definitely looked look like bedroom wear. I’m pleased and would recommend.

It is a very thick and fluffy blanket cape, I can't tell if mine has the pockets, but the sleeves has buttons too so that's cool!feels very weighty!
