The quantity is great compared to the small spice jars you normally find at the grocery store, and the price per ounce is much better. The resealable bag also makes it easy to store and keep fresh between batches. The quality has been excellent as well. It mixes smoothly into the recipe and helps give the playdough that soft, stretchy texture we’re looking for every time. Review: Good stuff - Great baking product so far. I've used it several times for baking (snickerdoodles specifically) and its gone well. Now, for me I like a lot of cream of tartar for that tang, but this one does add a little bit of another odd aftertaste. It's not unpleasant, just kinda weird; I've been heavy-handed with cream of tartar in the past, not just this brand, it was just this one that seemed to have the odd aftertaste. I haven't heard any complaints since that one batch of cookies, so I guess I can't be as heavy-handed with this one since it's pure cream of tartar. I haven't used it for anything besides baking cookies so far, but it hasn't disappointed me. Texture is fine, there's been no problems with it there. No clumps/lumps, no discoloration, flows just fine, no issues at all yet, and I've had this bag for a while now. Big fan of it being non-GMO and not having any added nonsense to it, too. I'm happy with it overall.
