Product not as described
I am writing to express my disappointment with the laptop I received against my recent order. The product does not match the specifications that were clearly advertised. It does not have a fingerprint security feature, and the keyboard backlighting—both of which were highlighted as part of the product’s key features. This is misleading and unacceptable. I ordered this laptop specifically because of those features. Receiving a different specification is a serious concern and reflects poorly on the accuracy and transparency of your listing. Now I am returning this item.

Laptop charger not functioning and windows 10 version which is not as advertised.
Received the laptop really quicker than the delivery date. Laptop is fine, but the charger not charging the laptop. So requested to return. And the windows version is not 11 but 10 pro.

Don't quote me, I was shown Windows 11 Pro and hi give me window 10 and battery fully damaged
