Great, fixed my one LED spotlight failing as they were formally halogen lights. I needed a LED transformer to remediate.

Bought 30 units in two deliveries, 2 units did not work for some reason. Very happy with other units, easy to install and worked fine.

Reasonably priced transformer for 12v LED lights. No flickering and well made. The 30W version will drive several LED bulbs which are around 3.5W. Note that no leads are provided. Recommended

I needed a replacement 12v transformer for my LED strip lights but I couldn't find an identical one for my JS25-1202500. Instead I searched for a rewireable unit which I could cut and splice my existing light fitting connections into and I came across this one on Amazon that had the same 12v 30w rating. I was unsure at first whether a transformer and LED driver were the same thing, but a quick internet search assured me both were the same, just given different names. This unit is a similar size to the original unit and as it sits on top of the kitchen cupboards it is hidden from view. It was a simple procedure to wire in my existing connections and the transformer is clearly labelled with the input 240v and 12v output to avoid any confusion. Beneath each of the green terminal covers are 2 connections, again clearly labelled live and neutral so even someone with little to no electrical knowledge or skills should be able to replace their faulty transformer. Just remember to turn off the mains power the particular power circuit is on first, if in doubt consult or get a professional or qualified electrician. I managed to replace this transformer in far less time than I spent looking for a like for like replacement and at under £10 saved me a fortune in either replacing the complete LED light strips or getting an electrician out to fix the problem.

Very compact, works well with two 4W LEDs, terminals very small, fiddly to get stranded wire in, terminal screws very small.

Replaced old 12v halogens with LEDs flickered and dimmed awfully. Realised I needed a new transformer. Bought this one. Very easy to install. Make sure you switch off the light circuit from your RCD or breaker. Perfect lighting achieved. No flicker or dimming.

This arrived yesterday and I installed today. I had had issues with led lamps which I was using to replace MR16 halogen. Interference was wiping out the televison (not uncommon apparently). Using an led driver rather than a transformer solved the problem. Full marks for this device - problem solved. BUT the terminals are far too small and have no depth so connecting cable was an unecessary fiddle. It took ages, far longer than it should have done and cramped up in the loft space didnt help.

Installé en lieu et place d'un transformateur pour lampes halogènes, après avoir remplacé les ampoules par des led. J'ai pris du 30w pour alimenter 4 ampoules 5w ( normalement il aurait fallu du 22w : 20w d'ampoules +marge de 10% mais au moins j'ai plus de marge). Je recommande.

Legte mir 3 Stück dieser Trafos zu, wegen Umstellung auf Led Spot. Hab Sie mittlerweile 3 Jahre in Gebrauch. Kein flinkern und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Finde auch das dieser Trafo sehr klein und kompakt ist. Kabel ließen sich sehr schön anschließen. Preisleistung voll in Ordnung
