I got it!
I received the package intact but as I installed it from the bike shop mechanic say it is bent a little but it got fix, is just that it adds more dollar to pay. It is align now.

Verkeerde lockring mee geleverd en niet berijkbaar
Snelle levering van Tuning Pedals. Alleen jammer als je de schijven besteld met een externe lockring dat je er een interne lockring bij krijgt. Diverse malen geprobeerd contact te krijgen maar Tuning Pedals reageert niet. Omdat ik ze dringend nodig had maar ergens anders de goede lockringen gekocht. Heeft mij helaas €22 extra gekost.Volgende keer bestel ik ze hier niet meer.
