He is so used to the tiny doggy door that he is great with it. He loves his little create its becoming his little safe zone area. It also makes potty training less work and less mess. Its really easy to assemble/fold. If you have a puppy that will grow big, i don't recommend it bc the crate is not sturdy enough to handle big dogs. The price is a little high for it, but then you don't have to worry about that your puppy hands are going to get caught in it or scratches, cut, etc. The pen is safe and easy to use. I rectthis product for your puppy too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Potty training 3 month old Maltese *by B***S on February 28, 2026* I wanted it to be his designated potty space, so I can put down a puppy pad and lock the doggy door until he potties (he is very stubborn and would rather urinate 2 feet away from the pad rather than on it), and when he gets older he can enter and exit freely through the door. However, it is a lot larger than a 22x22 puppy pad and he still will take a dump next to it to show me who's boss. I will probably get a washable pad to cover the remaining surface area. I also added a litter genie inside for easy disposal of soiled pads. Overall, good quality and very sturdy thick plastic, I don't think even a bigger dog could knock it around.
