Gorgeous chair! Exactly as described, came without damages. Looks beautiful in my home office. Was fairly simple to put together. I searched online for office chairs for many many hours before deciding on this one and I am not disappointed. Arms are a great height,it leans back and spins 360*. I moves up and down with ease. My husband who is 6'1" 230lb uses it also and finds it very comfortable. The material is soft and supple. The white is a great modern look with the shiny chrome base. It has been bumping into our wooden desk since we have had it and I keep thinking that I will find some scuff marks but so far it seems very durable and is holding up well. We've had it now for about 3 weeks. I will update this review in about 6 months if anything has changed. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy this again. *****EDIT**** We've had this chair now for 6 years and it is just now starting to peel on the seat where out legs rub the edge. Other than that it's a great chair. My husband tela-worked through most of covid and still does a couple times a week. This has definitely been one of our best Amazon purchases ever. Thank you.

This is an amazing chair. It is ONE of the most comfortable chairs I have ever rested my butt on. And I’m talking out of all chairs I have seaten - my house has furnitures like Roche Bobois and Fendi, but honestly... this is an unbelievable steal for the price. It looks very elegant and flawless, as long as you’re not picky into the littlest details. I am a perfectionist and I do see some very minor flaws in the chrome finishes, but nothing major or visible unless your eyes are an inch away. It does lean back a little, but it’s not adjustable or anything. It only leans if your body weight pushes it back. I spent more than an hour comparing this chair to other similar chairs on Amazon and I think this is the best. First, the side arm rests are actually there. There are a lot of similar chairs with useless arm rests. You want padding! Second, it’s an actual all white chair, not white in front but black in the back. And if you must know, it’s not like pure pure white. It’s really hard to get a super pure white material, but it’s white enough. I’m pretty big and I fit fine in this new favorite chair of mine, but if you’re like super wide it might be somewhat tight.

Comfortable, cute! The factory wheels do not work with this chair so (hence 4 stars and not 5) I had to order other wheels. Doesn’t recline easily, but I’m sure will break in with time.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother as a gaming chair and I must say, when I tried sitting in it, it was perfectly comfortable. It was firm but had soft padding that made you feel very supported. It's definitely not made for people who are wide as it's a narrower chair, but it's definitely comfortable. It felt very sturdy and I think I would buy one for myself if it was in a color I liked. I definitely would say it was worth the money in quality and comfort

I bought this in January of 2018 and I am just now replacing it with the same exact chair. It is still super comfortable and works great, but like all fake leather, it finally started to peel in the last 6 months or so. I have it in my home office and I don't sit in it every day so not sure how long it would've lasted with heavier use. That being said, my kids have pushed each other around the house in it, we often wheel it in the living room to use as another chair when we have a lot of people over, my son uses it to play his PS5 or to sit at his racing simulator, and everything in between. It's a great chair for the price and the simulated leather didn't start peeling until the 7th year which is amazing! Some reviews complain of the wheels, but honestly they have worked great for me. I have mine on carpet in the office but they have also rolled decent on tile too. (Granted they may have changed the wheels over the past 7 years.)

The wheels that were included do not fit properly—they appear to be the wrong size for the base. Because of this, I’m unable to fully assemble or use the chair at this time, so I can’t yet provide a complete review of its comfort or functionality. I did look into initiating a return, but it seems I would need to return the entire chair, which is difficult given that the issue appears to be limited to the wheels. Ordering the wrong replacement wheels so I will be retuning those. Disappointed that I was unable to simply reach out to the seller for replacement wheels

Overall, this chair was mostly fine with one serious problem: the back isn't well supported. It looks like a solid back but it's just a metal frame with fabric and elastic in the interior of the back. When I lean back into the chair, the back just gives way (see second picture). My last chair had a continuous board in the very back so that the back padding compressed against something sturdy. This chair just seems to have an elastic band buried in there. Even worse, I can feel it when I lean back. Another minor gripe is that the chair felt a bit small but that could just be that I'm used to somewhat oversized chairs and I like to sit cross-legged in the chair sometime. Other than that, the chair was fine. It arrived on time and undamaged. The packaging was reasonable and assembly was quick. There were some minor imperfections (first and third pictures) but nothing serious. Disassembly was a bit of a PITA but that's not really the manufacturer's fault. It looks pretty nice. Too bad it doesn't feel that nice.

Bought two of these for my two daughters and they both loved them. Cozy, confy and supporting Customer support was effective. One of the packages had the piston missing and the piece was sent to us within 4 business days. Overall very satisfied

Seduta comoda, schienale molto superiore rispetto ad altre sedie ergonomiche: il fatto che sia uno schienale "pieno" e non una rete con un piccolo supporto lombare la rende migliore. Molto comunque dipende anche dalla scrivania che si ha di fronte. Stessa sedia con scrivanie diverse produceva sulla schiena risultati differenti, provato sulla mia pelle
