Clubman Pinaud Hair Styling Gel - Hard to Hold & High Shine Hair Gel for Men, Alcohol-Free Formula, Men's Grooming, 16 oz

As sort of an "oldschool", younger gentleman, it was very difficult to sort through the waves of products targeted at the "edgy" and "hipster" of the millennial generation that i was born into. I unfortunately am grouped in this generation of 'different' people. What i was looking for is a smooth gel with a strong, all day hold, that wouldn't smell like i was trying to go 'clubbing' all night. I'm now starting to get stuck on the Pinaud brand, with this amazing hair gel, great aftershaves i use after breaking out my straight razor, and even quality grooming tools, i decided to give this a try. Ill start out by saying for the 6$ i paid, this is going to last me a long long while. I like t part and comb my hair down smooth for the classic timeless look of a professional working man. I might work in maintenance, but that doesn't mean i cant have confidence in how i present myself to the world. This hair gel has the hold to last through hours of labor, while leaving my hair smooth. It also gives you a natural look, and not like you dumped more oil on it than BP left in the gulf. Having red hair, i don't like it having a 'wet' look and this product certainly does not give off that effect. The smell to this product is also great. Its an old timely barber shop smell, just like how a man should smell, clean and neat. This is the product i will keep using as long as they sell it and will be a long and loyal customer.

I am SO glad I found this product! First of all, $6 for 16 oz. of gel is a great deal any way you slice it. Secondly, if you don't like the traditional "Clubman" scent, why are you even looking at this? I have found the scent to be just the right strength - not too strong but pleasant. Also, the scent seems to fade as the product dries - bottom line is that it is in no way overpowering. The gel properties are equally satisfying - the gel provides a nice sheen for your hair and great non-sticky, non-flaky hold that's not too stiff. I've been using hair gel for 25 years and this stuff ranks right up in the top 3 I've ever used, even without the pleasant scent. Another plus is that for whatever reason, I find that a little of this product goes a long way. It's very "good quality" I guess you can say, meaning it's not watered down. A little dab will do. Combine the pleasant scent, the great gel properties and the bargain price and you have a winner for anyone who likes the Clubman scent. I just hope they continue making this for years to come!

This has the traditional aroma of the Clubman aftershave or hair tonic. This is as good as any styling gel from any other supplier. A little more expensive, but I was impressed with the nostalgic aroma and as such, I’m willing to pay the extra for it.

Holds well, I used the Garnier 10 extreme hold until it was discontinued. I tried other Garnier products to no avail. I keep my hair short but need something that holds well, slightly wet look, and is quick and easy. This doesn't hold quite as well as the good old Garnier spike explosion but it's close enough. It has the pleasant smell and can be rejuvenated with a quick rub with damp hands.

After years of using Axe Hair Gel, I decided to switch to Clubman after I saw it on sale on Amazon. I was very surprised at the amount of gel that fits inside the container. This gel will last a very long time compared to Axe Hair Gels. If you want a wet look in your hair, use a normal amount of this right after taking a shower. If you want to style and hold the shape, you will need to use a larger amount to get it to hold. It also has a very nice smell that isn't too strong. If you are looking for a new gel to use, then definitely give this one a try. What's good about this product? ☑ Very large container that will last long. ☑ Can use it for a wet look or styling. ☑ Nice subtle scent. ☑ Affordable. What's bad about this product? ⚠ No cons that I could think of.

Smells great! Gives you that barber shop feel. It’s not the best hold in the world, but I enjoy using it.

Ce produit est durable, ne laisse pas de résidus après le shampooing, et tient facilement toute la journée, même pour moi qui ait des cheveux épais et lourds (donc rebelles!) que je rabats vers l'arrière. Fonctionne mieux sur des cheveux légèrement humides après avoir enlevé l'excédent d'eau 👌🏻
