I gravitate toward sunscreen with skincare properties, which means that most of my sunscreens come from Eastern or European brands, and usually double as makeup primers.I wear sunscreen EVERY DAY. It's a normal part of my skincare routine, and I put it on every morning, as one of my regular steps. I have fair skin, and my dermatologist drilled it into me years ago: it doesn't matter if I plan on going outside or plan on staying in, the sunscreen must go on every day. The end.So I have a roster of sunscreens. I choose a sunscreen to wear depending on how my day will evolve; some are better under makeup, some are physical, some are chemical, some a mixture. The KLAAVU is a combination. It can be used as a makeup primer, and it adds moisture, and has a slight white cast to it. The description says "whitening", and I'm not sure exactly what KLAAVU means, but in other brands' contexts, it might be "glowing", or "lit from within". It has a sort of sheer luminescence to it.Some people may not like the slight white cast; if I were not so pale, I might be a bit dubious.It feels silky on my skin, and it smells slightly floral and very good.
