I suggest you go back through your Amazon order, find the company’s contact in formation and notify them about the missing bags. I have also found that is you mention your dissatisfaction through Amazon comments, many companies will contact you to make things right. **Q: would the velcro be in the way if I never use it? I don't need that feature but don't want to peel it off the pad.** A: Hello! If you're using a yoga towel, one end of the Velcro may stick to it, but it shouldn't get in the way too much.
