Absolute best medication for skin problems. My dog was not even scratching but he had some dry flaky sores all over. I scraped all flaky parts off, added some triple antibiotic and gave him these until they were gone. Tiny. Can be easily hidden, but my dog didn't seem to care about them put into his food. When the pills were done, his skin was clear again. 3 weeks now, his skin is still clear. I highly recommend it.

My dog started having major skin issues in the summer and nothing was really helping. I gave these pills a shot and his skin has seen improvement. Is it the pills or is it the cooler weather? No idea but he’s looking more like himself again. He was licking and itching constantly and causing bald patches on his sides. Everything has healed and the licking/scratching has almost stopped. The pills have no smell and are very small. I haven’t personally tasted the pills so no idea if they’re yummy or not. I give the pills in his wet food and just cover the pills. They are so small he has no idea that they’re there. My dog has had some loose stool while taking the pills but he likes to indulge in a few extra treats so it could be that as well. He’s definitely not calmer as he’s a GSD and everything is his mortal enemy.

Excellent product,results take a little time

So I have searched high and low for a product for my pup. He was a stray that showed up about a year ago with what looked like sacrotopic mange. (I live in a rural area and he is one of many dogs ive rescued after being dumped out here) He had alot of hair loss and was very itchy , he was definitely a really bad case. For us these did not work. We did 5 pills 3x a day for over a month with no results, infact he actually seemed to be itching more. I was very consistent with this and baths. I have also tried afew other products from Amazon as he will NOT go near a car to go to the vet and he is to big for me to carry lol. Now friends that may be facing this issue. I have found something I never heard of untill I talked to a friend who has hunting dogs. The product is called HAPPY JACK mange medicine. It is topical. Wear gloves. We did this and also 3 injections of Ivermectin over 3 weeks. We got the ivermectin from a local feed store 200mcg for 1$ a shot so this is a very affordable option as well. You have to do your research very well as for some breeds ivermectin can be toxic but this combination absolutely changed our lives. I am on the end of week 3 using happy Jack and my boy has not been itching , the crustyness is almost completely gone AND we already have hair regrowth happening !!! I wanted to share this to hopefully help someone else. These two products have been used and trusted by those with "working" dogs for decades I feel horrible that it is not something I tried sooner. He's always been a happy dog even through his pain but his demeanor is more comfortable, more playful and im just so happy we got here. Hope this helps !

When I first started using these for my two elderly dogs, it seemed like their itching got better. But within a week or two, there was no change in condition, and they were still itching. I think it could work for a lot of skin issues, just maybe not for elderly dogs that need more intensive help. The tablets are tiny, round, and a lot come in the bottle. They smell slightly sweet to me.

Love this stuff! My pup had a major skin reaction to some supplements I gave him. To the point he was losing 75% of his hair and getting sores all over his body.. it was bad. I started giving mange shampoo baths but that just seemed to make it worse. So I got this for him, it’s like magic in a bottle. Within a week there was no new sores, and he started to heal. Within 2 weeks his skin started to calm down and wasn’t as dry and itchy and he had less flaking. Within 3 weeks there was some baby hair going on. Never thought I would be so happy to see hair on my dog! Within 5 weeks he was almost back to normal. I don’t think he would have healed as quick without these. He has allergy issues and still has some issues here and there (hot spots and some dry flakey skin) I will give him a couple pills for a few days and he will clear up quickly. The pills are small but mighty, they are easy to give since there is no smell to them, I just put it in his food and he couldn’t tell they were there. They will definitely be my go to for when he flares up.

My dog was diagnosed with Demodex mites and I didn't want to use any chemical products. I have a senior dog that has a weaker immune system and that's how it got out of hand with loosing fur, constant itching and infections. I tried this supplement along with natural mite shampoo and it really worked!! I bathed him 2-3 a week for over a month and he was taking the supplement as instructed. He has very sensitive stomach and had no reaction to this supplement whatsoever. The mites were under control within a week from using the supplement and shampoo and were gone very quickly. Highly recommend this! Make sure you know a 100% though that your pet has mites, biopsy might be required or a swab sample. This product is designed specifically for mites and won't work for other issues.

Like others I was very leary about this product. My dog had been suffering with irritated ears for some time. Constantly shaking his head and cleaning them and there was always a black waxy discharge. Then he started to develop small scabs that when they fell off he would lose his hair. He had a lot of them around his backside and his belly and he was very itchy. I tried some many things. Ointment, medicated pads and medicated baths. None of them work. Then I saw this product and decided to give a try. Well after less than 3 weeks on these pills the issues with the ears and the scabs are completely gone. ALL of them!!! and the bald patches have all grown over with hair again. His ears are clean with no awful black waxy build up. I would highly recommend this product.

When receiving this product, I was most concerned because there is nothing on the bottle that says where it was actually made or where the ingredients were sourced from, in fact, it doesn't say anything it just says made in the USA. What was Made in the USA the label? The bottle? Or the product? There is no label on the product listing the ingredients, nor % at all, furthermore, the label looks like it was printed off somebody's inkjet cartridge printer at home. My belief is that this product is a scam, and there's nothing in it. There's nothing in these pills at all. It's probably just a placebo or a sugar tablet of some sort.It's a total rip off in a total scam.Do not buy this product.In fact, I would recommend that people don't buy any pet care products on amazon at all period. It would be best and better advised to go to a more reputable website that focuses on pet care, rather than a site that is just aimed and targeted to make money. That clearly doesn't care much about their consumers. I cannot tell you how many products I purchased from here. That I have been completely disappointed with from this site. It's gone right downhill. In fact, they may as well team up with Alibaba because it's all the same products. And I'm assuming the seller of this product is well aware that this is a scam, and they're probably hoping that for the amount of money that the consumers spent that they won't be so quick to return it because they'll just continue giving it a try and by the time goes by. They would have forgotten about it and swallowed their financial loss for the cost of this product. But I on the other hand am very different. I give honest opinions and direct and Blunt opinions. As a consumer because I purchase a lot of products.And the care of my animals is very important to me.And this product is very misleading.Much like either products on here.I do not recommend anyone by this at all.

Very good medication. It works slowly but is very effective for mange, intense itching, and hair loss. Very happy with this product. I had to use 6 bottles and 6 tablets twice a day per dog, but it cured my two German Shepherds. thank you.

Only mange treatment that I could find online, eventually it worked after 4 bottles... so it was a slow suffering win...
