Great Stretching Bands

Durable and effective
I have been using these to increase my flexibility for karate and really like that there are multiple loops throughout the band that allow me to use various lengths for different stretches. I've found that I can even loop both of the bands together to make one long band for some of my stretches. These bands are also great for various exercises such as punching or leg lifting exercises. These are much better than the single size rubber elastic stretch bands as I have managed to break those. At the time of requesting this product, only the red and pink combination was available and wouldn't have been my first choice of colors but aside from that I have been happy with these stretch bands.
