The wand felt amazing and would 100% reccomend to friends and private groups. They went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. They explained that they had made a correction to their product to ensure the motor did not lag in certain positions. At no cost to me they sent us a new product and it works perfectly. We are very pleased with it, it was very powerful, had so many fun modes plus the ability to increase or decrease the power in each of those modes. I cant say enough about the company and how they really cared and actually read these reviews. Customer satisfaction at its finest. I only had to charge it for a few seconds and it lasted about 30 minutes. When I charged it a full minute it way outlasted me haha. The instruction manual warned me not to use gasoline as a lubricant though. So that’s one drawback? Still scratching my head at that one...
