A: According to the MEN's size chart on NB website.... STANDARD=D, WIDE =2E, EXTRA WIDE=4E (Of note, the WOMEN's size chart is different ie Wide=D ect)

A: I don’t know to the ounce, but I will tell you they are unbelievably lightweight. Ine has been fitted with a metal brace and the shoe is still lighter than my running shoes.
