I didn't really know what to expect with this yoga trapeze stand, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the high quality and sturdiness of it and can't recommend it enough. The beam and bars are thick and heavy and the stand does not teeter or totter at all when using the trapeze on it, which is fantastic. It does recommend not swinging on it, so keep that it mind. I also love that it has the yogabody logo across the top, gives it a little more character. It was easy to put together, we had it up in less than 10 minutes and everything fit together perfectly. It is very big so I do recommend having extra person to help to stand it up, I am not sure how you could do it yourself. It does comes with a carrying case so you can transport it, however due to the weight of it I can't imagine hiking very far with it as it is so heavy. It is a great stand!

I got this so that I could practice aerial hoop and silks indoors during rainy weather. The deciding factor for me was that the footprint was the right size to fit in my living room. It is not adjustable, and there is no anchor point to attach equipment. I use a foot loop with a 6,000 lb rating choked around the bar to create an anchor point. I’m 5’4”, and when I use my aerial hoop it’s a little to low with my mats to hang from my knees without my head touching the floor. I also hit the bars when doing things like mermaid or star on the bar (any horizontally spread out thing essentially) when in the hoop. So be aware it will limit your aerial practice more than a taller rig. That being said, it was more sturdy than I expected. They weren’t kidding about it being rock SOLID aluminum. Not sure about doing drops on it since the safety ratio for the 600lb limit isn’t stated, but there’s not enough height for that anyways. UPDATE: I wound up using this more for silks than lyra, and I’m able to do almost everything I do in my silks class other than drops. Obviously I run out of room if I do combinations of moves that make me lose height, but I can practice tons of stuff beginner-intermediate. Inverting with straight legs can result in feet hitting the bar, so I have to be careful when I do that, but even that is doable. Overall good for being able to do aerial conditioning, but limiting on height and moves that have you spread out horizontally. I have many examples of me using it on insta @nekozukisensei (not looking for followers; this might give you a better idea if you're unsure and want to actually see more of it in action. The rig shown INDOORS is the yogabody one; outdoors is a different rig that is much bigger). As for the weight, don’t expect to put the whole thing in a duffle bag, sling it over your shoulder, and hike out to a picturesque location. I will probably split it between two bags for transport, each weighing about 35. It would still be pretty easy to transport. I was able to assemble it by myself in about 10 minutes with a bit of know how from putting together my larger rig. With two people it’s very fast! (Update: I'm pretty sure I can take it up/down in more like 5 minutes now with practice.)

This is a good quality trapeze stand. It's sturdy and really easy to put together alone. It's even easier to put together with another person. It stands about 10 ft tall fully extended. My ceilings are too short for it to fully extend, so I'm only using 2 of the 3 poles it comes with for a little over 6ft tall. It works great for the application I use it for! 🪢🪢🪢

Super happy with this! I got it for my yoga hammock and my lyra and I'm super impressed with how well it suits both. I was worried about the lyra but it does well for me at 5'6". My feet have enough clearance at most angles that the stand doesn't get in the way of what I'm doing. Its quite sturdy, which makes it heavy but its not too difficult to put together and take apart; so, its not ideal if you want to travel with it often, but a few trips are totally doable! Taking it out of the box, I was worried it'd be too small, but as soon as I started putting it together I realized it was actually quite large. I am a little jaded that it went on sale for $100 off the day it was delivered to me after I'd paid full price, but that's not anyone's fault. Just poor timing. I'm very happy with it!

I (like many others) wanted to save a few hundred and try this rig as opposed to the more expensive portable rigs. All of the reviews said it was too small for silks/hammock but I wanted to be optimistic. Unfortunately I received the rig and it is way too short for silks or hammock. Once the silks or hammock are rigged, you have very little space for moves until your face is in the rigging. I think if you are using this rig for a double point hammock, conditioning ONLY, or the Yoga body trapeze, you would be fine. If you are looking for a silks or single point hammock rig, save your money. It is also not height adjustable. However; It is VERY easy to set up, I am a 5’5 woman and set this up by myself the first time in about 20 minutes. I bet you could have this up in 10 minutes once you are used to it. It is also very sturdy and felt strong and stable when I did use it. Depending on what you are looking to do, this could be a great frame. I will be returning and finding a taller rig (argh) but I would absolutely recommend this for those that don’t need much rigging/height for activities.

Truly the best fitness gear I've ever purchased. This stand is everything it advertises and more. I purchased this to do gymnast ring training. No need for ceiling holes, or finding studs, drilling etc. It takes a very short amount of time to set up, but ideally requires two people to do so. The construction quality is top notch. Welds are professional and meticulously done. It will easily last until the end of time. Why buy this? Simply put, this allows you to do exercises and workout routines that are virtually impossible any other way. Whether you're into inversion training, Yoga, gymnastics, or want calisthenic potential, this is a piece of furniture and a tool that you can so much with. I can't recommend this enough. One tip. I recommend that you lubricate the connecting rod ends before putting them into the connectors. The tolerances are very tight. I had one leg get stuck and it took me over 20 minutes with a cushioned hammer to get it unstuck. Get some balistol and apply to all connector tips before assembly to make your life so much easier!

I didn't want to buy this stand because frankly, I didn't want to drop that kind of money. I was using my boyfriend's pull up bar In his garage and working on my trapeze work and it was working. I made it work and have no regrets. But I wanted to be able to use my trapeze more than just at his house when I got there. So, I made a plan to save for this trapeze stand and get it at the later end of the year. But then it went on sale, and I just went for it. A few things. It says it's portable. I mean, I guess it is. But the thing might be 50 lbs and bulky so not the most friendly for portable. And the video on the YogaBody website makes it look easier to assemble than it was for me, but give it some time and I might be where they are. When I got on this trapeze Stand for the first time to use it, I was terrified. Once it was assembled, I tried to shake it and it moved. ALOT. I was terrified. I leaned back and saw one pole and thought the whole thing would flip with me. But it didn't. I decided to take video to see just how much it wiggled when I inverted. It didn't. Once I got over my own mind of fear, I realized I was actually moving better because my trapeze had more width at the top versus the limited space the pull up bar gave me as width between the two daisy chains. I found my body loosening up more because it wasn't as restricted as before. I noticed my backbends were deeper, my jackknife bent more, and overall, my simple traction Jackson popped my back more because I could be looser and more free. It's 24 degrees out in this picture, so it will be awhile before I am on it again, but I'm super excited to take it apart and put it together more to be better about that and then come the spring and summer, you'll see me inverting almost anywhere. The only downside I didn't think of was that getting the daisy chains across the top bar was hard. I'm 5'11 and the top pole is about 10 feet tall, so to whip it over the top pole, I would usually end up with the strapping spinning around that pole a few times. It took me several tries to get them on, but once I did, they worked great. I can't say enough, don't cheat yourself. If you don't have something hard anchored into the ceiling and want to move your trapeze around, get this. You won't regret it!

I love it. It didn't take longer than 30 min to set up. Im on my aerial silk everyday. Soooo worth it. Cant live without it. Glad I chose this one, seriously. I don't move it around, but if I did, it wouldn't be a big deal to disassemble it. Thank u thank u thank u
