So far it's perfect!
I have gone through three iterations of trying to find a bathtub that will replace the one that I lost when I moved to my new home. I think I have found it! It's deep enough, it's long enough, and it holds the heat well. There's enough cushion on my tushy where I don't have to put a bath mat underneath me. It's not a blow up cushion, it's a built-in cushion. Major bonus. I found draining it to be extremely easy as long as I align the draining tube to my drain before filling. When I'm done with my bath I just unplug it and go to sleep. When I wake up it's almost empty, and certainly empty enough to flip it over, pour out the rest of the water, and give it a quick cleaning. Lesson learned: be sure to turn OFF the draining tube before refilling. Upon my 2nd use, I ran the water for 15 minutes only to find that it wasn't filling at all because I forgot to close the draining tube. Oops! Filling it with air and releasing the air is also extremely easy. I haven't used the included air pump, I already had my own plug-in pump. If I can remember, I will report back on their air pump. I have charged it up and will try it soon. Overall I literally can't think of any complaints except for it's not as luxurious as my old garden tub with jets. Those are big shoes to fill and there's no way I'm taking off a star for that! This is the ONLY non-permanent tub That is deep enough to fit my 5'8 body! Pro tip: If you don't have a handheld sprayer, this might not be the tub for you. I mean you can probably feel it with a regular shower head if you align things correctly. But it will take much less time with your handheld to just put it inside the tub and turn on the water. At least in my shower, a lot more water comes out of the handheld versus the shower head. I also found that zipping up besides can be a little challenging while it's full of water, but definitely doable. Much easier than other similar tubs. After several tries this is the one I'm keeping!!

Ice Bath Tub
Bought this for an ice bath tub where I could stretch out. It inflated in seconds, kept a cool temp, and allowed space for me to stretch out. Break down is super easy too!

An amazing product - which proved so very valuable
While searching online for bathing solution for an ill senior with severe but temporary mobility issues, I came across this tub. We were able to have my Mom step into the tub and sit on a shower stool while the tub was mostly deflated and spent less than two minutes inflating the tub around her as we also started filling the tub with water. The tub filled with hot water quite quickly and Mom was able to quickly get off the stool and sit in the hot water. Draining and deflating the tub enough to have her step over the partially inflated (or deflated) tub wall was also quick. The entire process of seeing the tub online, ordering it and putting it to use was so quick and easy. Mom said she felt "human" again after months of sponge baths. We have used this several times already. I highly recommend this item! one thing to note .... I was not comfortable using the provided short, flimsy drain hose so I picked up an appliance drain hose and clamped it to the drain. it has worked well and has not leaked.

Phone pocket
I actually only bought this phone pocket with flap. And I'll be damned it came with a bathtub. AND a shelf for my phone on top also!

Deflated after 2nd Use
I was so excited and happy to finally take a bath in my small home, for the first time in nearly 5 years. The first soak was amazing! I thought this was truly a good buy. Sat in it for nearly and hour with temperature staying consistent! Loved it! A bit difficult to drain water. Drain plugs are a bit small for so much water & they take a long time. I’m disabled and had trouble lifting the unit to assist draining before second use the following day. Second soak was shorter, due to my schedule. Still enjoyable. However I noticed an air leak & couldn’t pinpoint the cause. Attempted to refill with air. Very disappointed it only lasted 2 uses.

Doesn’t hold air
Doesn’t hold air. Got it for my 100y/o Grandmother and she is excited to finally be able so soak her pain away. Filled it up laid it down and went to get grandma and it had completely deflated. Thing doesn’t hold air. The picture is what I first saw when I pulled it out of box. Tried to blow it up again for her and pump stopped working. Disappointed

Great size and holds.heat well.
Ordered after moving into an apartment with only walk in shower. Love it! Is a little hassle to clean after use, that being said, I use herbs, oils and other items to create detox bath. Very comfortable and deep enough water covers my big belly and breasts which my traditional tub didn't. Very pleased.

….I just bought a house that doesn’t have a bath.. I ordered this tub to compensate. At first it seemed like the second ring wasn’t holding air.. I started a return right away but then decided to try it anyway… so I filled the rings … rigged up the drain hose to my sink and ran hot only.. my hot water heater is only 40 gallons so I had to rest when the water ran cool.. it holds a lot of water.. the zip cover helped keep the water hot while the water heater heated water .. so it worked … my bath was great but my floor did get wet draining it..even if I only got one bath it was worth it to me cuz I would have rented an Airbnb eventually so I could get my soak on.. return cancelled.
