These are THE PERFECT TOWEL if you're looking for absorbency. I wanted something I could wipe across my counter with one swipe, and the water would be gone, or maybe two swipes. I love these dishcloths. I ordered them in orange and I read what other buyers said about the dye running so, as soon as they arrived, i stuck them in my washing machine and ran 3 back to back pre-soak and heavy duty wash cycles in HOT water with Oxy Clean added and then dried them in the dryer. I have a little bit of dye run in dishwater but its nothing significant and it really only happens when I use certain soaps or cleansers on the cloths or I let the cloths sit in dishwater for a prolonged length of time. I can totally live with it and I know that use will lessen this little bit of dye run even more.Aside from the color, which is awesome, they are really great for cleaning non-stick bakeware, non-stick cookware, and my precious - always hand washed - All Clad cookware. They do a great job scrubbing without any scratching and they hold dish soap really well. In fact, this morning I noticed how little soap I needed to put on the cloths to wash dishes. Perfect!

With arthritis in my hands, some dishrags are difficult for me to wring out, but I find this MUkitchen one easy to handle. Thank you!!! The cloth also dries quickly and is easy to use. More products should be more thoughtful of arthritic hands.

Update: The towels are still vibrant and absorbent after much use for almost a year. I stopped using them on areas in my kitchen where they could snag and so the snagging stopped. After about 20 washings with very dark colors, the orange towel and dish cloth no longer bleed and can be washed with light colors. I would buy these again.Original review: The colors are perfect for my kitchen. They are absorbent and have good thickness. But I have had them only a couple weeks and have washed them perhaps six times. They snag easily and are quickly getting ratty looking as you can see from the pic. As previous commenters have stated, the orange color runs in the wash. I forgot one time and washed them with light colors. The whiter colors ended up a very light coral. I am quite disappointed. These ain’t cheap either.

I needed new dishcloths for our new house.I found these at a local grocery store. They are the best. All other dishcloths have a nasty odor after a couple of days. These NEVER smell !! They are durable and absorbent. They have a shiny waffle look. Tomato sauce stains come out quickly in the sink with just a small drop of dish soap. I wanted to purchase more and couldn't find then. I found them on Amazon and ordered more. You won't be disappointed! I have used the white an grey. Not sure about colorfastness of the others.

I used this towel in a friend's house, and really liked it. I ordered a set for myself, and overall I am happy with it. I ordered the charcoal gray color, and it is a nice modern neutral. They are very absorbent, and dry quickly. Odors do not seem to linger on them. I have been using them to dry dishes, and have noticed that they do a good job, but one drawback is that they tend to snag easily. I was drying my knives, and realized that the blade actually cut through the loops on the towel. It didn't really affect the functionality of the towel as much as it affected the looks. I was hoping they would be more durable, but I just used it as a lesson learned and in the future will use something else to dry knives (or any other sharp objects).

I love these dish clothes. I would recommend them to anyone. I particularly find them useful to clean a glass top stove. The clothes can be wrung out to a clean, almost dry state, resulting in a streak free clean. I will continue to buy these.
