No complaints at all. I have used these rings for about 6 months now without any issues. They have held up to ratchet straps and being torqued at strange angles. None have come loose thus far and they have no signs of corrosion. Would absolutely buy again.***I rely on people's reviews when making my own purchases on Amazon. Items are a good quality well-built. I was in a bind and I paid twice as much for what appears to be the same item same brand at the trailer store will definitely be buying again.

I wrote a negative review when I first got these. I received only about half of the items. I reordered them and had the same results. I contacted the people at TREKASSY and explained what had happened. They responded back almost immediately in the middle of the night. They have shipped the items right away. Absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll continue to purchase TREKASSY products from now on.
