Will this product also work for soft tacos?

They might work for soft tacos if they were small enough and wrapped tightly.

Are the sides high enough to hold a lettuce leaf for for lettuce wrapped tacos?

I doubt it. I was very disappointed when I realized it did not even hold a standard taco shell properly. Total waste of money.

Can these taco holders be installed in a 2015 Prius?

Ha! The things they are doing with cars today, you never know. But my gut says no.

Are these really oven safe? If so up to what temperature ?

The description says “microwave safe” which is completely different than oven safe. Silicone is the only “plastic” that can be oven safe, these are not silicone, do not put them in the oven. Get some made from metal if you need them for oven use.
