Amazing flavor in this marinade

I order a few more of these after the first purchase. It’s very easy to use. I do add my own spices with this mix. The only thing is the pouring. When you open the whole thing it pours out quickly. So have to be careful. It’s not spicy at all. It’s more on the sweet side.

I LOVE this product, but I was sent an old, expired version.

This tastes identical to the Korean barbecue I ate while stationed there in the service. Opening with a tasty smokey / sweet opening progressing to a significant creeping heat just like I rememberfrom Korea. Not recommended for anyone who isn't a fan of spicy food because it gets "pretty warm" after a bit of eating it (as the real stuff I ate in Korea does) but if you love spicy food and the authentic taste of Korean barbecue you're gonna want this product. Cooked into beef and rice paired with Kimchi it's amazing. Highly recommended!

My wife uses this sauce to cook chicken legs and thighs using a sous vide machine. A lot of bottled sauces and marinades start out thin, and the chicken releases liquid as it cooks, so the finished entree is almost like chicken swimming in a thin broth with very little flavor. This marinade is thick enough to stick to the chicken even after cooking grocery store chicken "slow and low" for several hours.

I love the taste of this sauce, not too spicy.
