Q: How many caps come in this order?

Only one cap came with my order.

Q: What is the smallest size head this will fit

I wear a petite wig and this wig cap is too large for me even with the adjustable band. You can see in the picture that the wig cap comes down too far on the forehead. Pushing the wig cap back to the hair line makes the cap too large for me and because I'm bald, the cap also doesn't grip. It also seems to stretch bigger after several wears. I use this cap now more as a casual in-the-house head covering or under a scarf for grocery shopping. It is comfortable, breathable, and probably best suited for a medium-sized head.
