Long lasting, comfortable, easy, overall 10/10 i love these things
Absolute game changer for me! As someone who struggles alot with cramps, and pain meds can only take me so far, these heating pads are such a huge help. - Long lasting: i can put one on before i leave for work and it's still warm by the time i get home, meaning i don't have to worry about bringing extras even if i have a long day - Discreet: i love that these aren't bulky and obvious like alot of other wearable heating pads. i can get through the day comfortably without having to readjust or anything, and it stays right in place - Heat: these things get so warm and so quickly, which i absolutely love - Comfort: i can barely feel it throughout the day, and it's easy to forget it's even there. it's not itchy or rough which makes it perfect when i'm wearing it all day Overall a huge help with managing pain. I sometimes get pretty bad pain in my lower back and this helps with that as well. 10/10

The menstrual messiah. ❤️️🙏 😂
These patches have truly been a boon each month. Coming from someone who has always experienced debilitating and prolonged menstrual pain, these subtle yet dependable patches have become a regular source of relief. I've tried other patches, yet they emitted a mere fraction of warmth, which seemed to dissipate quickly. They were also a decent deal smaller, not covering a substantial area. ThermaCare patches, however, heat up within minutes, often retaining heat for up to 12 hours. The coverage is also generous, being large enough to offer relief to the necessary areas while being compact enough to adhere neatly to one's undergarments. I experience relief (if only a bit) moments after application. I often wear these to sleep when my pain is especially agonizing. Although it is not recommended to exceed a certain number of hours, I've found that my skin remains unirritated. At most, the skin around the area will be slightly reddened without pain. This discoloration does not stay long. (Though, I will mention that I am in my 20s and do not have particularly sensitive skin.) These are particularly useful when going about your day, whether at home or in public (but especially public). I honestly can't imagine how I went about my days in public before discovering these. My gripe, if any, is the cost. These patches aren't exactly cheap, especially if you use about half a package or more each month. I use about 3 each month, so that would be about $22 x 6 = $132. This is about the price of a subscription--and I'd rather not subscribe to periods. But, unfortunately, these are the most reliable for me, and they do enough for me to validate buying more once I run out.

Lifesavers; don’t skimp on generic heat packs
Lifesavers, better than the cheap ones by a lot. Last the full 8 hours. Can get very hot depending on airflow, so you may need to tuck your shirt between it and your tummy. Amazing for cramps; if heat helps you (you can test if heat helps you by using a dry rice heat sock [look it up]. If it helps, you will want these so you’re not going back to the microwave every five minutes and to hide the bulge). If the heating pads are not warm within 15 minutes, you may not have airflow; they need air to work. They work on sore backs as well as tummies. The adhesive sticks well the first time but less well each time you tear it off and stick it back on. Hold it and press down firmly for a few seconds if you reseat it, to make it stick, rubbing hard to create a little friction.

Warming pad
This was perfect. It was at the right temperature and I used it on my wife’s belly area when she was having extreme cramps she said it relieved all her pain. It stays in place and fits perfectly. She was able to wear it while out shopping and it stayed in place the entire time. The smell was not overpowering, so she was able to walk out in public without smelling or having a bulge to show that she was wearing something . So it works as described and looks like the product on the box so you will not have a padded appearance.

Great for when you’re out and about
Love these! Great for when I’m working and can’t sit down with a heating bad on me. I do wish it got just a little hotter and was just a bit more sticky, but overall I think they’re great!
