I don't feel like they do. These are pretty thin tabs and will bend if not careful

These were some nice colored tabs. I was looking for Spanish ones also. I couldn't find any with this style :(

I think they would fit even a small bible, you would just have to stagger them a little closer together. They're not huge, just big enough so you can read each book name.
