I bought this while still in hospital so that when I got home I could sit at the sink while getting my hair washed. It is so easy to use, just blow it up, put round the back of the neck and pull the strap over at the front which attaches securely with Velcro. This is a fantastic item, I did not get wet at all and the water rinsing soap from my hair ran down it into the sink like it should. I am so glad I bought this item, and would highly recommend it for anyone like myself injured or even for the disabled/elderly.
