I purchased this air purifier while on sale and I’m happy I did. It not only works well as a purifier but also cools the room really well. I love the different modes and speeds. The unit is sleek and bigger then pictures but I don’t mind because of the available colors. There are no blades and it’s not too heavy to move around.After using for 8 months one of my units stopped blowing air. The customer service is the best I have experienced out of all the things I have ordered on Amazon.I emailed customer support and received a response right away. They helped me to troubleshoot the unit and followed up afterwards to make sure things were good. I had to receive a new unit and it was shipped out right away.

Love this fan except for the auto timer. I HATE when fans give you an inescapable time out. Can set sleep timer or not, but it’ll turn itself off eventually….meaning turning it on or off and on at least once a day even though I only bought it to circulate a room with no ceiling fan.My Dyson isn’t as good a fan, but stays on indefinitely. Auto timers on something as basic as a fan make no sense particularly with no space heater involved (imagine if your ceiling fan did that).Other MINOR pet peeves:1: NEEDS POWER LOSS RECOVERY…wanted to put on smart outlet to schedule around the auto timer, but won’t turn back on after the switch cycles which defeats the purpose.1.5: needed wifi for the price, but excellent design/function2: Pushing a button either on the remote or tower just WAKES the screen controls and display. So you have to push a button to make any changes (power/mode/speed/etc)Minor concern: sometimes after unplugging to move, the fan only works if first activated with the remote. The unit runs on and the buttons respond….just the fan blades don’t actually spin up. Rare, and I don’t unplug it much, but still concerning given price.

I purchased this item on September and for some reason it stopped working mid January.. I was so desperate and reached out to airmate through email.. to my surprise I got a quick response from their team.. the person who helped me was Sylvia and she was so amazing.. I told her the problem and she sent me a brand new unit within a week. Best customer service I had so far.. thanks Sylvia u made this an amazing experience..

This is a great product, my only problem was the fan was not as strong as I’d hoped. Once you get about 6ft from the fan it’s like a stand alone fan and medium low speed. However I guess because it is supposed to be “quieter” technology, might be the reason why. I don’t mind the noise to be honest I just wish the fan was stronger if possible. I love everything else especially the air purifying part!

The fan itself is quiet and works well. The remote did not work upon arrival. I am being told that there is no option to replace just the remote and would have to return the entire fan. This thing is huge and it is unacceptable that the company would not offer a replacement remote. At this cost, I would expect better product support from Airmate.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and shipped a replacement remote which does work. Love this fan, it is quiet but good air output. I also love that it filters the air.

The media could not be loaded.  Quiet, cool as expect but base oscillation is not working. Sometime it’s just rotate left and then stop not going back… just like that. Think about return it. But it quite huge so I will keep it and I’m not using that mode again.

I’m a cheap ass and know the value for my money and all I can say is this fan is definitely worth itI live in arizona where the winters are hot and the summers are hotter and this fan managed to keep my apartment at 73 all day when it’s usually at 78I have it on oscillation mode and just a second of being blasted with this fan I’m instantly coolednot only does it look sleek but it sounds smooth and feels amazing definitely worth the buy
