Travel Duffel Bag - Weekender & Overnight Luggage for Women & Men, Softside Bag

This cabin bag has been with me around the world literally twice on business trips. it’s handy, lots of pockets, looks great, matches with my other blue luggage. Easy to carry and clean. Super durable as I’ve checked it a few times. This brand is pricey but this piece will last a long long time. I also use it for weekend dog shows. Lots of handy pockets.

Super happy with this purchase. Love that it expands. Very functional and does not weigh a lot prior to being packed. Easy to use as an overnight bag or as a packed carry on. Fit easily under the airplane seat and still had room for my feet. Love that it fits over my roller bag handle and does not slide around, or that it was easy to carry if I choose to check my other luggage instead of carrying everything on. I think the navy color is really pretty with the silver zippers.

I have used this bag as a personal carry on that goes under the seat in front of me on domestic flights and I have used it as my only bag for short trips. I love that it’s expandable and flexible. It sits on top of my Briggs and Riley spinner securely. It has lots of different storage options with the expansion zippers and pockets but like with most soft side luggage the pockets become unusable if you stuff the main compartments. I like the strap down system on the one side so if you do unzip things don’t fall out. I’ve only used it for a handful of trips but I’m glad I bought it and it seems like it will hold up well.

I purchased the Briggs & Riley expandable duffle to replace a very old B&R cabin bag. The old bag was kicked and shoved under seats for 20 years of air travel and every zipper still works and there is no damage to the ballistic nylon. The new bag is an excellent design. One compartment opens fully clam-shell style to pack as a small suitcase. Retentions straps hold clothing in place. The other compartment opens 45 degrees. There are numerous pockets and inner compartments as well as zippered pockets on the outside. The carry straps are held together with a padded sleeve and there is a a shoulder strap. I used both expansions unzipped to fully pack the bag with a roll aboard suitcase for a 7-day road trip. It is lightweight when empty, but heavy when fully packed. The slide through sleeve hold the bag in place on top of a rolling bag.

I can’t say enough about this bag. It looks smallish in the pictures but it expands to hold almost as much Z a 21” roller board. The only thing that would make is a perfect bag is if it had wheels.
