While I cannot comment on the longevity of the chairs (I just put 4 of them together this morning), I've been impressed with everything else so far. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the chairs, but challenges with side rails *by N***E on March 4, 2025* Purchased 4 chairs for our newly renovated kitchen, we love the chairs look, the chairs are very comfortable, and the color is perfect for our kitchen. Assembly took about 90 minutes for all 4 chairs and was straight forward. However, the side rails were very difficult to put on - it was not possible for us to simply screw in and the wood started to crack when I tried. I did end up pre-drilling the holes and it worked a little better, but not matter how I loosened the bolts on the bottom, not all of the side rails fit correctly. In fact, one of the first family members who put their feet up dislodged the side rail. We love the chairs, but we need reach out to customer support to get the side rails fixed. Update: we reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. Responded quickly, gave us some tips, and sent replacement parts for the legs and side rails. After replacing the legs and side rails, the chairs look amazing.
