Although these bowls are sturdy and practical, they are also beautiful. The shades of blue are so pretty, and they are the perfect size for soups, salads, and cereal. I look forward to using them for a long time.

Perfect size for soup or salad. My current bowls look empty without a huge amount of salad. These are perfect Suze and compliment my current dishes.

They're perfect salad or pasta bowls. They also fit in the dishwasher easily and are very pretty.

Recently I've gotten back into eating ramen for lunch at home, and these bowls are the perfect size. One pack of Momofuku ramen fits perfectly in these bowls with plenty of room that you could likely fit 2 packages if desired. The color of the bowls matches the photos and looks great. They've been run through the dishwasher a few times now and have retained their colors. The bowls themselves are solid and don't feel cheap in anyway. These came well-packaged with a lot of padding and arrived with no imperfections. Previous to buying these, I have bowls that are smaller (the kind you get in a bundle pack of dishes) and I have several large bowls about dinner plate size; so these bowls are now our "medium" size in our kitchen and are used more than our smallest bowls.

Updated: Customer service reached out to me because I stated that I was disappointed that the bowls do not match. They gave me a choice of options to make my experience better. I chose to receive replacements for the bowls. None of the replacements have the red color in them that interested me in the first place. Here is my original review. "They are pretty bowls, but...... Two look the same.... The other 2 of the 4 do not match. Also, I had put in my search for these as "made in the US". They are made in China. Can't depend on that kind of search, evidently. I purchased these to decide if I wanted the whole set of dishes that serve 8. Back to my search."So am I hard to please? I can give them a high rating for effort to please. Just still feel disappointed. But enough of this.

It’s a perfect pasta or rice bowl, and it looks really nice. It’s thick and easy to wash, no problems with microwaving. Great for the price.

Plan to buy another set soon. They're gorgeous, the perfect size and just overall lovely to use. You won't regret the purchase.

Really nice bowls. Needed something to match our handmade dinner plates and these were perfect. My pic taken from the side shows them a bit blue but the color is actually more green as in the pic taken from above. Colors are as per the pics shown on Amazon. Nice size for salad, pasta, even dessert. Very happy with them.
