Great at keeping beverages hot or cold for extended periods. I appreciate that the interior is entirely stainless steel, with no plastic or Teflon, which feels safer and more durable. However, the spigot is still plastic, which raises concerns about its durability and safety when using very hot water. Additionally, the spigot is too low, which can make it inconvenient to use with larger cups or mugs. The foldable leg is also too sharp and may scratch tables. Overall, a good product with some areas for improvement.

The bottom is hollow. The listing says polyurethane foam insulated, and the bottom is definitely not insulated. Also, it is 2-pieces of stainless steel on the inside because you can see a crevice around the bottom edge that would allow for debris to collect. Who knows what could eventually begin festering down there. From the description, I figured the inside was formed from a single piece of stainless steel that would be easy to clean, but this is not true.

The stainless steel part of this dispenser is all scratched up. It looks used. Very disappointing when I open to use and it looks already used and scratched up.
