Says hotel quality pillows, even Faulty Towers wouldn’t accept these , take no notice of the photos they are not true to the actual pillows that arrived, they came crushed and unable to get the filling even the worst nights sleep ever, with the returns procedure taking a lifetime I gave them to a kennel, I just hope the dogs get a better sleep than I did,Complaints dept a waste of time, did everything they said waited 24hrs to ( breathe and shake thoroughly)Like sleeping on cobblestones
