Comes with a short and long phone cords. No plate. Fits on our wall perfectly with a bit of finesse. The bell is an actual ring and is not extra loud as advertised. Very disappointed in that. The bell is average volume. You do have to be in the room to hear it and it does not have any volume control for the bell or to hear it. Not even on the back.
