Lost Cross, then chain broke
Christmas gift for my 25 year old son. Within 6 weeks, he came home from church one night and the cross was missing. Kept the chain & bought a new pendant locally. Two weeks later, he’s sitting on my couch. Looks at me & says “Mom, the chain just broke sitting here.” $80 gone within 2 months. It was beautiful while he had it, but super disappointing.

Already broken
My son got this in April and the chain clasp has already broken. Cannot return.

This is a nice quality product.
I love the fact that this pendant is highly polished sterling silver. It looks so outstanding on my son's neck. I also like the fact that it's on a 20 inch chain. Most men's chains are 24 inches. The 20 inch looks great and the cross is more visible than it would be on the usual 24 inch chains.

Loved the cross
Loved the cross! I was impressed because the cross came off the chain a week after my husband received it as a gift, and Heartland took care of the problem immediately! Heartland is a company I will remember and would love to do business with in the future.
