Lenox French Perle Sauce Pitcher, White -

Was pleased this actually arrived early! But, I was looking for a larger capacity for gravy. Description states holds 20 ounces. No it does not. It only holds 16 ounces. Well I guess you could say it holds 20 ounces when filled to the absolute brim, which for gravy would obviously be very impractical. So as I went to pour the water out, I noticed how this would be an awful gravy pitcher. The "spout" area is just too small. As I was pouring water down the drain, it was literally overflowing from the entire front part of the the pitcher. Not just coming over the little "spout" edge, but running over each side of the spout as well. Obviously this is going to make a huge mess when trying to pour out gravy. It's a very pretty little pitcher and I had such high hopes, but I see this as nothing more than a cute addition to a display case. I'll be returning it.

I bought new white dishes and needed this piece to go with them. I love it!

The sauce pitcher is pretty and all, but it should everywhere. I got it for Thanksgiving drive we don't have a gravy boat and it just made an awful mess. It should down the sides on either side of the spout no matter how carefully we tried to pour it and dribbled everywhere. Again it is pretty, but there seems to be a flaw in the design.

It was delivered on time and is PERFECT for a nice dinner or holiday. It is bigger than the ones i see in store and very sturdy. I LOVE IT
