These bars are mammoth. I am dealing with a mobility limiting situation and getting up and down stairs to get food is very painful. Solution? While these are expensive, they taste good and provide plenty of energy during exercise. I carry them while cycling. I eat a third to a half of a bar at a time, maybe once every ten miles. That keeps my energy up. I also use Nature's Bakery bars, which are much cheaper and just about as good, but not quite as tasty. If enjoying your food is important, use ProBars, or at least include some of them for variety.

I used to buy these exact bars at The Vitamin shop. They taste great and healthy ingredients. Very disappointed that the bar is HALF the size it used to be when I bought them at The Vitamin Store..but still the same price. ( maybe even more, as I don't remember what the Vitamin store sold them for years ago) Would not buy again.

Very tasty. A little more sugar in them than I would like ... but I like eating them instead of garbage food snacks. A good energy boost when you need it, and I enjoy eating them ... so more energy to get me going.
